John 11:26 "I Am the Resurrection and the Life; whoever Believes Me, though he should die,
will come to Life: and whoever Is alive and Believes Me will never die."
 - The Radical Rabbi, Jesus

John 10:30  "The Father and I are One."
John 10:31  "When some of the people again reached
for rocks to stone him,
32 Jesus protested to them, "Many good deeds have I shown you from the Father.  For which of these do you stone me?"  33 "It is not for any good deed that we are stoning you," the people retorted, "but for blaspheming.  You who are only a man are making yourself God."  34  Jesus answered:  "Is it not written in your law, "I have said, You are gods?"  35 If it calls those men gods to whom God's word was addressed - and Scripture cannot lose its force - 36 do you claim that I blasphemed when, as he who the Father consecrated and sent into the world.  I said, I am God's son?  37 If I do not perform my Father's works, put no faith in me.  38 But if I do perform them, even though you put no faith in me, put faith in these works, so as to realize what it means that the Father is in me and I in him."

From Dr. Ernest Holmes, Founder of Religious Science:  "We Believe that the highest God and the innermost God is One God ... we Believe that God is personal to all who feel this Indwelling Presence..."

Dr. Holmes, like the great mystics before him, understood what Jesus was trying to teach -  that God and I are OneIt is easy to figure out that this Is the Truth.  From the Book of Genesis we can read that we are created in the image and the likeness of God - now, it is no leap of faith or intellect to understand that this does not mean "physical form" but "spirit and life" - otherwise we would all look alike.   Each of us can make a choice to believe this Highest Truth of ourselves or we can continue to resist the Truth and "stone" the Truth out of our consciousness and rely on our "ego mind" to sustain us and maintain us.  But the ego will not let us accept the Truth easily and the "world" will make every attempt to steal it from us as well.  The Master Mind Jesus figured it out through much meditation, contemplation and prayer.  He knew that Life is eternal that the physical form is but an effect, that of itself it has no power, no spirit and no life, that It Is the Father In Me that Is Life

But we must not stop with the contemplation of this Highest Truth, we must recognize It in all things.  It Is the Father In Me that animates my body, flows through my mind and creates within me ideas and thoughts that create a Life filled with my highest and greatest Good.  We must be willing to overcome the crosses that our ego mind has convinced us that we must bear - this is not the Truth of us - we are free, we are Spirit and we are Life.  We can only find this Truth through the "experience" of It and we can only have the "experience" if we are willing to stop believing the lies of the ego and the "world of effects" and take back our God-given power.  I Am That I Am.  I Am the Resurrection and the Life.  I Am the Resurrection of Abundance in the face of poverty.  I Am the Resurrection of Health in the face of illness.  I Am the Resurrection of every Good thing in the face of whatever.  This Is the Truth.  When we take Jesus off the cross and see him as "Spirit and Life" we take ourselves off with him!
